I. Motivation & Objective of the Stream
We aim to help learners in overcoming the lack of productivity with the special approach to collaborative learning. The rationale or root of the ineffectual groupings that interfere with the ability to develop cognitively and skillfully is the main problem. The main target of our stream is to educate other students, parents, teachers, and the school administration on ways to battle and abolish unproductivity and spread knowledge that affects others and themselves.
II. Stream Topic & Discussion
It will include related-questions such as: how to battle unproductivity, signs of unproductivity, how to convert unproductivity to productivity, tips and solutions to abolish unproductivity, effects of unproductivity, sharing of experiences, and etc.
III. Targets of the Stream
Our target for our live stream is to have a minimum of 25 viewers and maximum of 50 audiences throughout the stream session.
IV. Stream Costs and Budget
We will be having a raffle (50 pesos Gcash as a prize) as well for the audiences to boost the connectivity and interaction with them. There'll be 200 pesos budget for the stream so, 4 people will win.
V. Tasks and Responsibilities
In every stream session of the team, it will be divided into three branches aligning with the phases of the event: pre-stream, live streaming, and post-streaming. We have decided that the Technical Team will be Angelo Toledo, Zachary Benedict Loren Pla, and Tyrone Tiamzon; as they already shared that they have a background experience in streaming. As for the Stream Organizers or Committee, it will be composed of Trezille Obrino and Claire Catalan. Finally, the Main Speakers during the stream will be: Claire Catalan and Mykhaella Ceanne Catangay.
VI. Streaming Designs
We want a color theme that will make an impact, attract, and appeal to the viewers but will still have meaning and representation behind every color aligned with Student-Z Talks’ value and goals. In the stream design, we wanted to add the minimal abstract geometrical shapes to add an impression and idea of our stream. Another is adding animations on the texts and aligning the stream lay-outs and design with our chosen color theme and font. Finally, we were also able to add our logo for us to be recognized.
